Mike's expertise is on best practices in SEO & SEM, including Yahoo! Search Marketing and more importantly, to enhance e-commerce site usability and conversion. In addition, Mike has spoken at several industry events including Internet Retailer, eCommerce Summits, the Professional eBay Sellers Alliance and Online Market World. Prior to Yahoo!, Mike spent 5 years in Sales and International Sales Operations with Genuity, a Tier 1 Internet Backbone Services Provider.
