Mihaela Popa is a Web Analytics Specialist for Yahoo! Web Analytics (YWA) and has been working on this product for almost five years, covering roles such as training, consultancy and professional services. She is currently responsible for evangelizing YWA and providing training and best practices consultancy to Yahoo! customers and partners. She was also the technical editor for “Yahoo! Web Analytics: Tracking, Reporting, and Analyzing for Data-Driven Insights”, and is a graduate of the Award of Achievement in Web Analytics at the University of British Columbia.
