Keith has been helping technology start-ups achieve market leadership for the last 15 years. He met fellow co-founders, Gerald and NSR, at Open Market when it was the market leader in Internet Commerce software. Joining Open Market in its pre-revenue phase, Keith held executive roles as head of Strategic Accounts, General Manager of SMB Business and VP of Product Marketing. Under Keith's direction, Open Market software was being operated by banks and telcos in over 30 countries worldwide. Prior to that, Keith was VP of Marketing at EDS's Personal Communications division. Keith joined Appex prior to its acquisition by EDS. Providing software and services to mobile carriers, the business grew from $6M to $100M annually during Keith’s tenure. Prior to co-founding Unbound Commerce, Keith was General Manager at eCopy, a document productivity company, leading the development of new partnerships and channels with global partners such as Ricoh and Konica Minolta.
