Jeff is an experienced entrepreneur, leader and proven business builder with deep expertise and over twelve years of experience with internet trust, safety and security issues. Today, he leads buySAFE – a $30 million VC-backed company that is an industry leading provider of branding building and website conversion solutions for online merchants. As buySAFE’s Chairman and CEO, Jeff guides the company’s strategic vision, daily operations and directly oversees all sales operations of the business.

Prior to joining buySAFE, Jeff co-founded PayMyBills.com, an online bill management service. The company was a success story in the dot com era, growing to more than 200 people and prior to its sale for $67 million. He has also served as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a finance professor at James Madison University. Jeff earned his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from James Madison University, where in 2002 he was the youngest person in the school’s history to win James Madison University’s Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award
